This summer holiday, we’re in the middle of Corona2020, we got lucky finding a new yacht charter on the Müritz lake district, where we spent a week on a boat. The weather and the caribbean water made us feel not like we were holidaying in Germany. I shot these on a Minolta XG1 a friend gifted me and my friend Mo bought Provia 100f colour positive film. You like?

On our recent house boat holiday we tried out the Fuji Provia that required lower contrast and it turned out great.
The joy taking pictures on film with the PENTAX 67 is a wonderful new thing for me. I think you can tell from the pictures. These were taken at a friend’s birthday bbq at the Elbe river’s beach in Hamburg. A magical spot where the sun set is beautiful, you can sit on the trees and bathe your feet in the water.
This is my first experiment shooting on film. My friend and I went on a bike tour to our Schrebergarden and we stopped by our local pub (Familieneck) on the way back.
On our week-long trip through the Champagne, Giverny and Paris we played around with a few different film cameras. The coloured pics are from a Nikon and the b&w images are shot on an old Leica.
I want to be a goat farmer and produce goat cheese. How amazing is that?
A wonderful thing in my life at the moment is practicing Philip SHepherd’s embodiment exercises and listening to Ludovico EInaudi while doing so. Try it. It is changing my life.
